Do you have a retail location?
Yes! Our retail store is located in Crocker Park at 25 Main Street, Westlake, Ohio. We are open Friday-Sunday (closed Monday-Thursday).
Do you offer in store pick up?
Yes! Keep in mind that not every item is eligible for in store pick up, but many are. When your order is ready to be picked up, you will receive a separate email notification.
How soon will my item(s) ship?
We do our best to ship all orders out as soon as possible! Our orders typically arrive in 3-5 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.
DOMESTIC
Continental US orders typically arrive in 3-5 business days. Please allow extra time for further destinations.
INTERNATIONAL
Unfortunately, at this point in time we are unable to accommodate orders outside of the United States. We hope to be able to offer international shipping soon!
How should I wash my ER apparel?
We recommend washing your apparel inside out, on a cold, gentle cycle, and laying flat to dry. We also recommend NOT using all natural detergents, as they may interfere with garment dyed products.
